Position description

This is a short-term four to six week appointment as a EAOP Teacher/Special program to provide math and AP environmental science courses to low-income, first-generation high school students in Imperial Valley, CA.

Qualifications:
Basic qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in STEM fields
-State of California Teaching Credential
-teaching experience in the sciences at the High School level
-teaching experience in math and specifically Algebra II/Pre-Calculus at the High School level
-Experience supervising minors

Preferred qualifications
-Experience with low-income, first generation ethnically diverse populations
-State of California Teaching Credential
