The Department of Neurosciences at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) (http://neurosciences.ucsd.edu/) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body and is actively recruiting clinician educators to participate in full-time or part time clinical practice in an academic setting.

The Department provides excellent opportunities for teaching and other patient care/academic interests with time dedicated to teaching and scholarly activity at one of the nation’s top-ranked Medical Schools and one of the most academically productive Departments of Neurosciences in the country.
Candidates must have an MD and board certification/eligibility in Neurology is required, and if applicable Neurology specialties certification. Candidates must have an active or be eligible for a California medical license at the time for appointment.
Depending on the candidate’s qualification and experience, the appointment will be at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level and the appropriate series. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on University of California pay scales.
