ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
2015/16 - Biological Physics

The Department of Physics at UC San Diego (http://physics.ucsd.edu) is pleased to invite applications from outstanding candidates for an Assistant Professor faculty position in the area of Biological Physics. The emphasis is on candidates who develop and/or apply innovative experimental approaches and/or theoretical approaches to address organizing principles of living systems.

The selected candidate for the Biophysics position will be appointed to the Department of Physics within the Division of Physical Sciences. All candidates must have earned a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. The University is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body.
