Position description

The Department of Political Science within the Division of Social Sciences at the University of California San Diego (http://polisci.ucsd.edu) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in any field of political science to begin July 1, 2016. The Department expects that this appointment will make a meaningful and strong contribution to diversity. The most competitive candidates will demonstrate advanced analytic reasoning and rigorous methodology in their research.

Appointment level and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and based on University of California pay scales.
