Position description

Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician. The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in the Department of Medicine (http://med.ucsd.edu) at University of California, San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body and is actively recruiting for a Board Certified/Eligible pulmonologist and intensivist to support our UCSD extension sites in the Riverside County-Temecula Valley area. The ideal applicant would have training and experience and critical care medicine. Candidates should have a strong commitment to teaching. Program support and facilities are exceptional and opportunities exist for a generous incentive-based compensation plan.

Qualifications include eligibility for California medical license and board certification/eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care. The Department is interested in candidates who have demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care and teaching. Scholarly activity and service towards building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment is required.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on the University of California pay scales.
