Position description
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery within the School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego (http://ortho.ucsd.edu/) and the Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego (www.rchsd.org) are committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body are jointly recruiting for a highly qualified Pediatric Non-Surgical Orthopaedic Physicians.
The successful candidates’ responsibilities will include patient care, teaching, and research at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego.
The appointment will be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level and will be based on the candidate’s background and experience.

Qualifications
Candidates must have an MD or DO or equivalent and must also be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.
Candidates must have completed a U.S.-accredited residency training program in Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine and have non-operative pediatric orthopaedic fellowship training, or equivalent by the appointment start date.
