The Rady School invites applications for one or more faculty positions at the Associate or Full Professor level (tenured) in the field of Marketing, subject to the availability of funds.
This position represents the Rady School Excellence Search for Diverse Faculty in Management initiative. This initiative seeks to build a more diverse faculty and aims to foster a diverse and inclusive community of scholars to enhance our academic and research missions. In addition to the highest standards of scholarship, teaching, and professional activity, the successful candidate(s) for this position will have potential or demonstrated contributions to a climate that supports equity, inclusion, and diversity. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to helping shape and expand the University’s diversity initiatives (http://diversity.ucsd.edu/).
Salary and appointment level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay scales. The positions are subject to funding and are expected to have a start date of July 1, 2022.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong scholarly records whose research interests intersect well with the Rady School’s initiatives in Marketing and/or related field of Business Analytics.
