The Department of Political Science at UC San Diego invites applications for potential openings across subfields for temporary, non-tenure track lecturers throughout the academic year. Appointments may be part-time or full-time for one, two, or three quarters.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and consistent with University of California pay scales.

-A cover letter including a summary of relevant education/training/experience and a ranked list of potential courses. (Department course offerings can be reviewed on our website.)
-Teaching evaluations OR contact information for at least one reference.
-A brief statement describing the commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with a focus on teaching.
Qualified candidates must hold a PhD, professional degree, and/or have significant practical experience related to course content.
Applicants with teaching/training experience are preferred. We are especially interested in recruiting candidates committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
